  • Rental Items
    All non-balloon items like props, stands, cake tables, LED letters, fencing cut-outs, etc. are on rental basis and must be returned in the same condition.

  • Balloon Lifespan
    Balloons (especially pastel and chrome) are sensitive to heat, sunlight, and sharp objects. We are not responsible for balloons that burst or deflate after decoration due to external conditions.

  • Item Pickup
    All rental decor items will be collected within 24–48 hours after the event, depending on our team availability.

  • Damage/Missing Items
    Customers are responsible for any damage or missing rental items like LED props, cake stands, sunboard cut-outs, or cylinders. Charges will be applied accordingly.

  • Balloon Colors
    We will match the selected colors like Pastel pink, Pastel blue, White, Gold chrome, and Pastel green as close as possible. Slight variation may occur due to lighting or stock availability.

  • Weather Conditions
    Balloon setup is weather-sensitive. We are not liable for damages due to wind, rain, or outdoor heat. It is advised to arrange indoor or shaded space for longer durability.

  • Decoration Area
    Ensure that the venue provides enough space and permissions for us to set up balloon arches, cake table decor, and props.

  • Support Items
    The customer must provide power supply, stool or ladder if needed for high installations.

  • Theme Accuracy
    For custom setups using sunpack boards, fencing, or theme flex, we guarantee up to 80–90% visual match based on availability and venue constraints.

  • Additional Items
    Any extra elements requested on-site like more balloon pillars, extra cut-outs, LED add-ons, or props will be charged separately.

  • Cleaning
    iGRACE Events does not provide cleaning services post-decoration.

  • Final Payment
    Balance payment must be completed immediately after decoration is finished. Our team will not wait until the event starts or ends.

  • Payment Modes
    We accept Cash, UPI, IMPS for same-day payments. No NEFT, RTGS, or Cheques will be accepted on the event day.

  • Decor Changes
    Last-minute changes (within 24 hrs) in theme, color, or props may not be possible due to preparation and availability.

  • Reporting Issues
    Any concerns about decoration must be reported immediately during the time slot for on-the-spot corrections.

iGRACE Events – Decoration Terms & Conditions

  1. Rental Items
    All items (except balloons) are on rental basis. Our team will pick them up within 48 hours after the event.

  2. Power Supply
    Please make sure there is a proper power supply at the venue. We are not responsible for any delays if power goes off.

  3. Stool or Ladder
    If needed, the customer must provide a stool or ladder to help us finish the decoration on time.

  4. Cleaning After Decoration
    We do not clean the venue after the decoration is done. Cleaning is the customer’s responsibility.

  5. Return Condition
    Rental items should be returned in good condition. If anything is missing or damaged, it will be charged accordingly.

  6. Final Payment
    The balance payment must be done immediately after decoration is completed. Our team will not wait until the party starts or ends.

  7. Payment Modes
    We accept only Cash, UPI, IMPS on the event day. We do not accept NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, or Post-Dated Cheques.

  8. Venue Permission
    The customer must get all necessary permissions from the venue. Any venue fees or royalty charges must be paid by the customer.

  9. Decoration Output
    We aim to match 80% to 90% of the decoration shown on our website. It may vary based on lighting, venue, and other factors.

  10. Extra Requests
    Any additional items not included in the package will be charged extra.

  11. Transport Charges
    Transport cost will be based on the event location.

  12. Weather Conditions
    We are not responsible for delays due to natural issues like rain or wind. But we will always try our best.

  13. Custom Decorations
    If you choose designs from Google or Pinterest, we try to match it up to 70%–80%, depending on material availability.

  14. Report Issues Quickly
    If you face any issue during the service, please inform us immediately during the time slot so we can fix it quickly.

  15. Pickup of Items
    We will collect all rented items within 48 hours, based on our team’s availability.
